Gym passes are available for 6 and 12 month periods. We also offer passes on a casual basis if space is available in the gym.
Pass categories are listed below:
- Individual - 6 and 12 months.
- Buddy - Share the cost by teaming up with a buddy to train! 6 and 12 months.
- Casual - single session, 8 sessions, 12 sessions, 1 week unlimited, 1 month unlimited.

Small group PT is available on request. Group sizes are limited to a maximum of 4 people. Get a group of like-minded friends together or enquire about spaces available.

Thursday evenings at 6:15pm. A class combination of boxing, cardio and core routines. Tuesday evenings at 6:15pm is set aside for overflow, so don't feel left out if you miss out on Thursday evening. To enquire about Ladies Fitness click on the button below.
